"SUHASTHA 2012"

                A three day workshop was conducted by the Civil Engineering Society, 10’ batch was hold on 5^th ,6^th  and 7^th June 2012 at D. S. Senanayake National School - Ampara, with the abundant support of  Prof. Thishan Jayasinghe - The Head Of The Department.

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics subjects were programmed per each day and necessary text books of Rs.18,000 were provided for the school library during the workshop.

The program was conducted from 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. with the great support of the Teachers in the Science Section of D.S.S.N.S. with more than 100 participants.

    

And also exercise books and pens were donated for 100 destitute students in ‘Sri Siddhartha Dhaham Pasala’ at ‘Sri Bodhimalu Viharaya’ Uhana, Ampara with the support of the venerable prior.

Donation of Rs.35,000 was provided by the Civil Engineering Society and other financial donations were funded by the level 2, 10’ batch.

Plenteous support of all the Members, Lectures, Teachers, Students, Parents and all the others which is not mentioned should be appraised to make this a success.
